Weier Machinery Jiangsu Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Danyang Weier Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) is located in Danyang City, the economically developed golden area of the Yangtze River Delta in southern Jiangsu. It is a specialized company specializing in the bearing seat and roller system" target="_blank">roller system of continuous casting machines for steel enterprises. The company currently has two production bases covering an area of 23000 square meters, with a construction area of nearly 15000 square meters and fixed assets of nearly 25 million. It has more than 200 employees of various types, including more than 50 engineering and technical personnel. The company has nearly 120 precision and CNC machining equipment, with an annual output of 60000 sets of continuous casting machine bearing seats and 3000 sets of roller systems.
In 2002, the company obtained the ISO9001 quality system certification and successively obtained honorary titles such as "Jiangsu Famous Trademark", "Jiangsu High tech Enterprise", "Jiangsu Private Science and Technology Enterprise", "Jiangsu Advanced Science and Technology Enterprise", etc. It has more than 10 invention patents for bearing seats and roller systems, and more than 20 utility model patents.
With strong technological and production capabilities, the company has been designated as a designated bearing seat and roller production base for continuous casting machines by large domestic steel and heavy machinery enterprises such as Baosteel, Ansteel, Kunsteel, Liugang, Baoling Heavy Industry, and Xi'an Heavy Machinery. At the same time, the company continues to expand its international market and collaborates with ThyssenKrupp, ANDERZE, POSCO and TATA in South Korea have established long-term supply relationships and strategic partnerships with companies such as Danieli, Westmark, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and Siemens AG.
In 2012, the company collaborated with Beihang University to develop a bar profile bundling robot, and the prototype has been certified by relevant departments. This project fills the gap in China. In 2014, the company established Weiluodeng Intelligent Equipment Danyang Co., Ltd., which is responsible for the development of high-tech products, introducing advanced technologies from home and abroad, and conducting innovation and research and development.
